In partnership with the student and family support team, the business office assists parents and guardians with keeping their family information accurate in Veracross. Sarah Damm, our student billing accountant and family information manager, can help parents and guardians with questions regarding billing and payment; accessing the Veracross family portal or August Schools portal, including username and password assistance; and updating family information including email and address changes.
